Ability to meet planned cover needs – The Classroom Partnership work proactively with our academies to identify and supply a strong range of candidate profiles for planned cover. They are consistently flexible and supportive, enabling our academies to meet and discuss roles with a variety of suitable candidates. We continue to see strong outcomes from long‑term placements, many of which have led to successful permanent appointments within our schools. We also have a number of staff across the trust in long‑term planned posts, which has proved highly effective for academies with greater pupil mobility or need, ensuring our staffing model can adapt and respond as needed.
Ability to ensure compliance and safeguarding – Throughout our work with The Classroom Partnership, I have consistently been impressed by the strength of their compliance processes and have full confidence in the staff they provide to support our academies. Our interactions with the company’s safeguarding leads have always been handled with professionalism, and they have ensured that any concerns raised have been discussed, addressed, and followed up in an appropriate and timely manner
Ability to provide SEN and support staff specialisms – The Classroom Partnership have consistently supported our academies by placing a high number of skilled SEN staff across the trust. Many of our academies have on‑site enhanced provisions, including city schools with purpose‑built SEN facilities, and The Classroom Partnership have been able to supply staff for these settings and for a wide range of specialist roles. A number of these posts have historically been difficult for us to recruit to directly, making their support particularly valuable.
Quality of account management and reporting – Our relationship with The Classroom Partnership is one of our real strengths. The Classroom Partnership have taken the time to understand not only the individual needs of each of our academies, but also who we are as a Trust and as an employer. They consistently strive to ensure that their work aligns with our vision and values. They make a genuine effort to understand both our current position and our future direction so they can support us effectively in the next stages of our development. Communication is always open and transparent, and they are willing to discuss any questions, ideas, or concerns with honesty and flexibility. Their detailed reporting systems allow us to view information at both academy level and Trust level, which has become an invaluable tool for our ongoing planning and oversight
Systems capability and functionality – The systems in place work effectively for our academies, allowing us to receive and process agency information efficiently. Trust staff are also able to access these systems, ensuring appropriate oversight across all settings.
