In the last two decades, the Classroom Partnership and its associated companies have grown into one of the most trusted whole-school recruitment, training and staff development partners in the UK and internationally.

In 2018/19 academic year, we placed over 11,000 educators into 3,700 schools, sourced teachers from 23 countries, provided accredited CPD for more than 18,000 classroom staff and had more than 150 trainee teachers on our employment-based SCITT programme.

As individual companies, each provides a boutique service to the education sector but as a group of companies, their core values are identical: to provide a holistic, genuine and class-leading service whatever the people solution needed.

The International Teaching Partnership places teachers and school leaders globally, whilst providing schools in the UK with experienced, returning teachers.

NQT recruitment

The NQT Partnership helps newly qualified teachers get their careers off to a flying start by matching them with a suitable school and providing ongoing support throughout their induction year.

Teacher training

Our innovative employment-based SCITT programme takes graduates from teaching assistants to qualified teacher (PGCE with QTS), covering their tuition fees and paying a salary.
